The Business
A British IT consulting partnered with us to transform their internal communication landscape. Their existing communication tool lacked AI capabilities. Previously, the consultants relied on manual methods to find information about company policies and project guidelines through multiple internal sources. This process was time-consuming and often inefficient.
The Solution
We developed a data ingestion pipeline to seamlessly extract and transform relevant information from multiple sources and index it within a vector database. In the end user side, we integrated Azure OpenAI, a powerful AI language model, into the existing application. This empowered the tool to understand natural language queries posed by IT consultants. The AI enhancement seamlessly integrates with the client's communication tool to ensure that their consultants can access the information they need directly within their existing workflow, eliminating the need to switch between applications.
